Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP)

One Health offers a sliding fee scale — called a Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP). While our services are not free we are committed to caring for everyone — regardless of their ability to pay. Eligibility for reduced health care costs are based on income and family size.
