Heritage Health Center Merging with One Health
POWELL, WYO. – Heritage Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering integrated primary care and behavioral healthcare services, announced today its plan to merge with One Health, a Montana-based FQHC.

“Heritage Health Center’s mission is to provide integrated care for the whole person, whole family and whole community,” said Colette Mild, CEO of Heritage Health Center. “This merger will increase our patients’ access to healthcare services including behavioral health, dental, vision and pharmacy. We are excited to expand our current offerings and add other services.”

One Health is headquartered in Hardin, Mont. and has clinics in Ashland, Hardin, Miles City, Glendive, Lewistown, Chinook and Harlem. One Health also offer school-based health clinics and telehealth appointments. One Health began its expansion into Wyoming in fall of 2021 with the purchase of a building in Sheridan. The Sheridan clinic is set to open in the summer of 2022.

“We are excited to expand our high-quality health and wellness services to Wyoming,” said Dr. David Mark, CEO of One Health. “This expansion helps build an integrated health care delivery system throughout east central Montana and northern Wyoming. It will open opportunities for more grant funding and innovative services and result in better care for more people at an affordable price.”

Pending approval by regulatory agencies, the target date for the merger of Heritage Health Center and One Health is spring or early summer of 2022. After the approval of merger, patients will start seeing the One Health logo on Heritage Health Center documentation, signage, legal notifications, and billing statements.

Heritage Health Center operates clinics in Powell, Greybull and Lovell.
