First Interstate Bank has donated their former branch building, located at 402 N. Center, to One Health, a 501(c)(3) designated nonprofit focused on providing healthcare to local communities.

HARDIN, MONT. – One Health, a Montana-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that offers integrated primary care, behavioral health care and dental services, opened the doors to a new clinic in Cody, Wyoming.

LIVINGSTON, MONTANA – Community Health Partners (CHP), the federally-qualified community health center serving both Gallatin and Park Counties with behavioral health, dental and medical care, pharmacy, as well as educational services, will merge with One Health, a community health center based in Hardin, Montana.

The Connection Center is located in the same building as the clinic at 530 Central Ave W in Harlem.

The Montana Department of Commerce delivers critical programs like the Montana Main Street Program to rural communities across the state to strengthen and preserve historic downtowns. POWELL, WYO. – Heritage Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering integrated primary care and behavioral healthcare services, announced today its plan to merge with One Health, a Montana-based FQHC.

After sitting mostly vacant since the early 1990s, the historic Crowley Block building in the heart of downtown Lewistown will see new life and contribute to the health of the community after an $8.6 million rehabilitation and redevelopment of the basement, first floor and mezzanine. The building at 311 W. Main St. will become the new clinical site for the One Health community health center.
